Impact Story

"As someone who gets bored easily, I'll never get bored of working at the farm. Between hiking, manicures and animating, the kids are always eager to engage in something new and exciting. Younger me didn't have the support he needed, I can't go back and make that right, but I can help the next kid in line. Working at The Production Farm means I can make a lasting impact on those who need me most. I'm proud to show up for work everyday. I feel confident in my work because I have a team I know has my back, my supervisors and coworkers are there through crisis and triumph."
